Rally provided multi-discipline engineering support to an existing petrochemical Client with facilities located across Ontario. To date, Rally has completed several detailed engineering projects to upgrade/maintain parts and components of existing services within these facilities.

Windsor E5 Cavern Evacuation

Rally prepared a detailed design package for the temporary piping required to evacuate the existing inventory from a below grade storage cavern.

Various Upgrade Projects

Wellhead ESDV Upgrade
Rally generated an engineering work package (EWP) for the installation of a new emergency shutdown valve (ESDV) located on an existing wellhead. The engineering included modification of the existing piping arrangement, new pipe supports, and instrumentation for the installation of the new ESDV.

Cavern Piping Upgrade
Rally generated an EWP for the upgrade of the Brine piping at one of the existing storage caverns from unlined CS to lined CS. This was due to corrosion issued found during inspection.

SDS Flow Upgrade
Rally provided the initial scoping study for the ability to ship propane from Sarnia to the St. Clair river.
